Job description / responsabilities	:	GENDER REQUIRED: Only female and Couples. Single man can not apply for this work program. WORK PLACE: They are residential homes in which a person or an entity is licensed to provide personal care, special care, room, and board to more than one but not more than six adults. The main responsibilities for the AIDE CAREGIVER are: Plan and prepare meals, followed by clean-up, make beds, change linens, light house-keeping, dusting, vacuuming, assist with bathing, dressing, rooming, laundry and ironing, take out garbage, help the residents and the caregiver as needed. The main responsabilities for the CAREGIVER are: Assist with walking and light exercise, plan and prepare meals, followed by clean-up, make beds, change linens, light house-keeping, dusting, vacuuming, assist with bathing, dressing, rooming, laundry and ironing, take out garbage, engage in physical and mental exercise, provide medication, engage in activities, companionship( one on one). Record daily care notes, report any significant changes. EMPLOYMENT LOCATION: Washington, California, Oregon, Arizona, and any other Federated States. AGE: Between 25 to 55 years old; Candidates between 21-24 years old are considered for a caregiver/aide careviver job if they are experienced in elderly care and can prove it by providing a relevant reference. PERSONALITY: It is required to be patient, supportive, kind, gentle person, with good attitude, serious and hardworking. THE SALARY: 1800 - 2500 USD (gross salary); The WORKING TIME and the resting time: -8-12 hours/day (depending on daily needs), 6 days/week; The PERIOD OF THE EMPLOYMENT: - 6-11 months with possibility to be extended up to 3 years if employment visa will be successfully extended for additional period. ACCOMMODATION: It is live in system, free of charge. The caregiver might be needed to share the room with maximum one other collegue. MEALS: 3 meals/day or even more depending on each employee. JOB EXPERIENCE: It is not required experience, however any previous experience is an advantage for the employee to adapt faster to the new work environment. It is a plus if they have a little experience working with the elderly. QUALIFICATION: It is not required any qualification, however any relevant educational background is an advantage for the employee to accomplish easier the care giving responsabilities. Our partners from USA will provide the necessary certificates required by the state. TRAINING PERIOD: 3-5 days (depending on each employee ability to learn) in Washington. TRAINING DESCRIPTION: During this time the employee is doing a short practice and induction before being sent to work to the specific Care Home where will work as a Caregiver / Aide Caregiver; During this time the employee will take a TB test (~$10) and a course in Basics of caregiving ($150); Other courses and tests which are organized by our partners and which are requested by law to be taken after starting the work are: CPR (~$25-$30), First Aid(~$25-$30); Dementia Care ($100); Mental health care ($100); Nurse Assistant registration (for administering medication) ($45), Food handler certificate ($10). The cost of the basics of caregiving training and certificate will be supported by the employee prior to the training starting date. The costs for all the other relevant courses will be deducted from the employee-s first salary. PROGRAM FEES: - 300 RON - Program registration fee (processing the candidate`s data) - the candidate will pay this fee in the moment of the CV/application hand in; - 400 RON - Interview fee - it must be paid when the candidate is interviewed to establish his/her English knowledge level and his/her eligibility for this program; This fee will be paid if the candidate passes the interview. - 600 EURO - Fee paid for the papers` processing and obtaining the documents necessary for applying for the work visa - it will only be paid when the candidate signs the work offer in our offices; From this fee we will refund 500 Euro to the candidate, if the candidate will not pass the interview for work visa at the USA Embassy at Bucharest. - 150 USD - Visa fee (which will be paid to the USA Embassy in Bucharest); - ~600 - 800 USD - Romania - USA - Romania airplane ticket (the cost may varry according to the period when the candidate will travel); LEVEL OF ENGLISH: intermediate.
