Job description / responsabilities |

Bartenders may perform the following tasks:
-take restaurant reservations
set tables with clean linen or place mats, cutlery, crockery and glasses
- prepare the coktails and serve them
-welcome and seat customers and hand menus to them
-talk to guests about the menu and drinks and recommend combinations
-in some cases promote local produce and attractions to visitors from interstate and overseas
-take customers orders and pass them to kitchen staff or bar attendants
-serve food and drinks
-return dishes and cutlery to kitchen |

High School Graduate or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Hotel/Restaurant.
Minimum of two years experience as a bartender in a 5 star hotel restaurant preferably. |

Avantaje:
-1-2 weeks Training provided for junior positions. It is a paid training, same rate as the regular salary.

-The overtime is paid at the rate 1,5/hour

- Accommodation offered free, the type: apartments (full furnished, with kitchen and bathroom)
- COUPLES are accepted
- Local transport: A mini bus will be used for staff transferring from/to accommodation to/from workplace
- Paid leave of 30 days per year
