Excellent background in food handling, hygiene & safety standards.
Possesses good leadership skills.
Specializes in Pastry & Chocolate showpiece.
Work includes indoor & outdoor banqueting.
Key requirements: Innovated, excellent menu planning, rostering, computer skills
Good knowledge and understanding of the kitchen and its operations.
Energetic and enthusiastic individual.
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Pastry Kitchen, communicate objectives, and assign / schedule work.
Develop, test and cost for our new recipes.
Regularly inspection of the quality and quantity of pastry, croissants, breads and other bakery goods for the buffets and for all orders.
