Job description / responsabilities : - The Sous-Chef de Cuisine (under-chef of the kitchen) is the second in command and direct assistant of the Executive Chef.
- This person may be responsible for scheduling and substituting when the Executive Chef is off-duty and will also fill in for or assist the Chef de Partie (line cook) when needed.
- You will prepare, cook and present food to the standard and technical specification of the restaurant.
- Smaller operations may not have a sous-chef, but larger operations may have several

- ages between 20-40 years
- previous experience of at least 2 years and experience in a similar position.
- Show good attention to detail in relation to food service (quality, portion size and consistency)
- Every Chef de partie need to possess strong organizational and supervisory skills for management of junior staff.

OTHER DETAILS :
Interviul de preselectie: Trebuie sa ne contactati telefonic pentru a sustine un interviu de preselectie cu consultantii agentiei noastre (ATENTIE!!! Consultantii va vor lua in considerare doar daca ati completat CV-ul in limba engleza cu cat mai multe detalii despre manacarurile pe care stiti sa le gatiti si ati aplicat la acest job).

Selectia finala: Participarea la interviuri in mai 2011 permite obtinerea contractului self employment tuturor participantilor, prin interviu telefonic cu reprezentantii acestui lant de restaurante.

Costurile programului:
- 300 RON taxa de inscriere si procesare dosar;
- 250 GBP comision de mediere (se achita de catre candidatii acceptati in urma interviului de preselectie, la momentul semnarii contractului de mediere);
- 250 GBP taxa catre firma de imigrare din UK care se ocupa de actele legale pentru inceperea muncii (platibili in maxim 7 zile din momentul semnarii contractului de munca);
- Biletul de avion (200-250 euro).

Nu sunt luate in considerare CV-urile incomplete (treceti toata experienta profesionala, indiferent daca este sau nu relevanta postului pentru care aplicati).

In cazul in care ati fost preselectat(a), va vom contacta sa va informam ce pasi aveti de parcurs pentru a participa la selectia finala. CV-urile fara poze nu sunt luate in considerare. Posturile sunt limitate si urgente!!!
