Job description / responsabilities : •Lead a team in managing day to day operational matters at the spa
If the job requires any autorization / qualification, please mention : •Sharp business acumen with a tangible track record in managing and expanding business •Recognized degree or diploma •Minimum 3 years experience in the Spa / Hospitality / Fitness / Beauty Industry •Process excellent communications, persuasive and interpersonal skills •Fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages will be an added advantage •Willing to travel as when required •Articulate, independent, mature, self motivated, highly resourceful •Able to work under pressure and willing to put in long hours •Independent and driven to accomplish or resolve any issue that may arise •Posses the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job requirement : •Lead a team in managing day to day operational matters at the spa
•Responsible for the sales and profitability of the business
•Dedicated towards a long-term and rewarding career in the spa industry
•Work towards upgrading productivity standards
•Ensure good customer service management and cordial relations with the relevant authorities, agencies business contacts to facilitate better marketing and sales performance
•Coordinate sales and services in accordance with established policies, principles and procedures
