Job description / responsabilities |
: |
Extensive knowledge of hotel, its services and facilities.
Managerial skills, Leadership skills, planning and organizational skills, Departmental training skills.
Well versed in concierge operations including car pool. Basic knowledge of Front Desk operations
Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
Highly customer focused, Outgoing, friendly, warm personality.
Well versed in MS applications, internet, email, (Fidelio/ Opera/ Micros preferred).

Experienata de munca prealabila in DUBAI.
Good command of the English language speaking, reading and writing
High school or Hotel management or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in Concierge including at least two years supervisory experience in a 5* hotel.
Must have completed Leadership skills training; Train the Trainer, Appraisals training, Supervisory training courses. |
