Job description / responsabilities |
: |
�Setting and monitoring of revenue budgets, tariff pricing, monitoring of expenditure
�F & B budgets, pricing, revenue forecast, setting up and monitoring of F&B budgets, monitoring of expenditure
�Determining pricing/revenue forecast, discounting, office contracts, advertising and marketing budgets, monitoring of expenditure
�Payroll accounting and other monetary aspects of staff
�Housekeeping budgets
�Setting up of revenue budgets and monitoring of budgets and expenditure
�Coordinating the organization, staffing, and operational activities for the Accounting Division including financial record keeping and reporting, payroll, business licensing, revenue auditing.
�Identifying opportunities for improving and updating service delivery methods and procedures; review with appropriate management staff; implement improvements.
�Participating in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for the Accounting Division; identify resource needs; recommend and implement policies and procedures.
�Assigning work activities and projects and setting guidelines and deadlines for the staff�s monthly work for timely financial reporting ; monitor work flow; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures.
�Submitting of all statutory compliances, returns and reports as per schedule.
�Ensuring of all payments/disbursements that are legitimately incurred/reimbursed with the appropriate authorization
�Communicating of all information regarding policy, budgets and system changes.
�Selecting, supervising, training and evaluating staff in order to meet the needs of the hotel.
