Job description / responsabilities |
: |
- Full responsibility for the Food & Beverage operation within the hotel
- Ensure all service requirements are met and delivered to the required standard as laid down by the Company
- Order food and beverage for all outlets in the Hotel
- Ensure food and beverage standards are maintained
- Ensure customer service is maintained at a high level
- Set up and maintain safety working conditions and practice for staff
- Prepare and monitor plans and budgets in conjunction with head chef and manager
- Liaise regularly with other hotel staff and report to the general manager
- Organize food and beverage events, promotions and advertising
- Deal with complaints
- Complete administrative tasks, such as reports, forecasts
