Job description / responsabilities |

Responsible for attending to guests needs and special requests.
- handling guests registration and check-out
- Create and maintain guest history system. Update guest history with all relevant information learnt about the guest during their stay, i.e. likes / dislikes, food & beverage preference, etc.
-Must be presentable; maintains a high level of personal grooming and hygiene at all times. Must be punctual, efficient and courteous at all time. Assume a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest and never speaks in loud voice to others.
-Prepare amenity requisition form and co-ordinate the delivery of amenities to guest rooms
