We are looking for Restaurant staff to join our gorgeous restaurant team from 15th FEBRUARY 2011 until 31st MARCH 2012, for the following positions:
1) COOK
- 1 available position
- must be a man
- must have 2 minimum years of experience
- 21-40 years old
- 1000euro net/month
2) WAITERS/WAITRESSES
- 3 available positions
- must be men/women
- 18-30 years old
- minimum 1 year experience
- very good English
- 600 euro net / month
3)BARMAN
- 1 available position
- must be men
- 18-30 years old
- minimum 2 years experience
- good English level
- 600 euro net / month
4) HOSTESS
- 2 available positions
- must be women
- 18-30 years old
- must speak the english and russian language
- good looking
- 600 euro net / month
5) MUSICIAN
- 1 available position
- must be man/woman
- 21-35 years old
- international russian and armenian music is required

A few words about ARMENIAN FOOD:
Armenian food is festive and it has influenced other Mediterranean cuisine.
The preparation of meat, fish, and vegetable dishes in an Armenian kitchen requires stuffing, frothing, and pureeing. Lamb, eggplant, yoghurt, and bread (lavash) are basic features of Armenian cuisine. Armenians use cracked wheat (burghul) in preference to the maize and rice popular among its Caucasian neighbors (Georgia and Azerbaijan).
Armenian foods include small appetizers called mezze, grain and herb salads, phyllo pastries called boeregs, grilled meats and skewers, a large variety of soups, stews, flat breads such as lavash, and a thin crust pizza variant called lahmajoun. Lahmajoun comes in many types. Unlike traditional pizza, it is meat based and contains other spices and herbs. There is also a vegetarian style to lahmajoun that uses a spicy tomato base. Lahmajoun is mostly found in Cilicia, in those areas close to Syria and Lebanon.
