Job description / responsabilities |
: |
-Provide friendly and professional customer service at the front desks of the hotels.
-Answer phones and respond to inquiries of residents and the general public.
-Create and issue keys. Sign out games and equipment, and take work requests.
-Maintain security by becoming familiar with surroundings and guests.
Responsible for the signing in and out of guests
-Provide front desk coverage as scheduled/needed
-Attend all staff meetings, in-services and staff development programs as required.
-Complete and maintain paperwork as it relates to residence and front desk
responsibilities.
-Other duties as assigned.

Avantaje:
-1-2 weeks Training provided for junior positions. It is a paid training, same rate as the regular salary.

- Local transport: A mini bus will be used for staff transferring from/to accommodation to/from workplace
